[209] Salary negotiation workshop for young women, college grads slated for Nov. 10

MURFREESBORO — Young professional women and recent college graduates can get a head start on their career achievement with a workshop sponsored by the American Association of University Women’s Murfreesboro chapter.

The $tart $mart salary negotiation workshop is slated for 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, 3050 Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro.

Space is limited to 30 seats. Reservations can be made at www.tinyurl.com/StartSmartNov10. The fee is $15 for young professionals. MTSU students will be admitted at no charge.

The workshop aims to help attendees obtain the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to negotiate their salaries and benefits.

MTSU, the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and Murfreesboro Young Professionals are co-sponsors of the event.
