MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — For those looking
to build their Spanish-speaking skills, the Center for Accelerated Language
Acquisition at MTSU has the fix for you this winter.
Register
now for CALA's five-day Spanish Part 1 class, which is open to people in the
community ages 13 and up wanting to dive right into the new year learning a new
language or developing current language skills.
Classes
will be held from 6 to 9:30 p.m., Jan. 8-12, 2018, in Room 106 of the Paul W.
Martin Sr. Honors Building. Course fees are discounted for MTSU students,
faculty, and staff as well as for high school students and K-12
teachers/administrators.
CALA's
short-term classes are created to provide an engaging, fun language-learning
experience. The course is based on brain research that provides people with
lots of hands-on, interactive methods in a relaxed environment using learning
tools such as movement, songs, games and stories.
