MURFREESBORO — Life
in the midst of armed struggle between Confederate and Union forces is the next
topic on “MTSU on the Record” with host Gina Logue at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept.
3, and 8 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, on WMOT-FM (89.5 and wmot.org).
Shirley Farris Jones, a retired MTSU staffer, and Michael R.
Bradley, professor emeritus of history at Motlow State Community College, will
discuss their book “Murfreesboro in the Civil War” on the program.
