MAKING MOUTHS WATER AT MTSU’S MCCALLIE HALL IS PUGH’S JOB
‘MTSU on the Record’ Interviews College Chef about Putting End to ‘Mystery Meat’
MURFREESBORO—Glen Pugh, award-winning head chef at MTSU’s McCallie Dining Hall, will discuss the joys of cooking for thousands of college students on “MTSU on the Record” with host Gina Logue at 5:30 p.m. Monday, June 18, and 8 a.m. Sunday, June 24 on WMOT-FM (89.5 and wmot.org).
On March 29, Pugh won the gold medal at the ARAMARK Culinary Excellence Challenge in Knoxville. He competed against chefs from colleges and universities throughout the South and took home the top prize for his jalapeno-stuffed chicken.
