Army ROTC Plans Fundraising Golf Tournament March 21

(MURFREESBORO, TN) – MTSU’s Army ROTC is teeing off for the Blue Raider Golf Tournament, set Sunday, March 21, with an 8 a.m. shotgun start at Old Fort Golf Course in Murfreesboro.
“This is a fundraising tournament to support the Army ROTC program at MTSU,” said organizer Maj. Chuck Giles. “We are expecting a great turnout and are excited about this opportunity to reach out to the community and establish some great relationships.”

Registration cost is $55 per person, which includes prizes and food. Each team should consist of four players, and teams must sign up no later than Sunday, March 14.
Sign-up information must include the team captain’s name, e-mail address and phone number and the names of the three other team members. Registration checks (made payable to Crossed Sabers) should be delivered to Nancy Garner in the Department of Military Science in Forrest Hall or mailed to MTSU Box 52 (zip code is 37132).
Teams should call Garner at 615-898-2470 to ensure that payments have been received. Teams needing additional players may contact Cadet Bradley Christmas at 615-593-1306 or 898-2470 to arrange for a cadet to finish the team.
