[420] Raise money for Habitat for Humanity in ‘See Spot Run’ race April 29

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. —This weekend, Rover and his runners will race for a family’s relocation.

The 2018 See Spot Run 5K Run/Walk is slated for 8 a.m. Sunday, April 29, on the MTSU campus. The course is flat and fast, and entrants are encouraged to take to the course with their canine companions. Retractable leashes are prohibited. Canine entrants must have rabies tag numbers in order to join their humans in the race.

Registration will begin at 6:45 a.m. at Peck Hall. Advance registration will be available for $30 before noon, April 27. A group registration for 10 or more participants is available for $25 per person prior to the deadline. Registration on the day of the race is $35. T-shirts and awards for the top age group finishers are included in the registration fees. All proceeds will benefit the MTSU Habitat Build and Rutherford County Habitat for Humanity.
