MURFREESBORO — The June 2014 edition of "Out
of the Blue," MTSU's video magazine, features an exclusive, high-quality
look at the university’s recent spring commencement ceremonies in Murphy
Center.

complete addresses from special guest speakers Madam Xu Lin and Lt. Gen.
William Phillips to the 2,303 new graduates May 10.
Xu is the
director-general of the Confucius Institutes and also serves China as a vice
minister of education. Phillips is an MTSU alumnus and three-star U.S. Army
general.
