MURFREESBORO — The
Holocaust Remembrance Day appearance of Frances Cutler Hahn at MTSU today has
been cancelled due to threatening weather conditions.
“Ms. Hahn's
presentation will be rescheduled,” said Dr. Nancy Rupprecht, a professor of
history and chair of the MTSU Holocaust Studies Program. “We regret the
inconvenience, but the potential safety of our speaker and audience are of
primary importance.”
Hahn, a 78-year-old Nashville resident and survivor of the
Third Reich, had been scheduled to tell her story at 12:45 p.m. today in Room
106 of MTSU’s Paul W. Martin Sr. Honors Building.
