(MURFREESBORO) — About 25 teams and 100 golfers are expected to tee off Wednesday, May 3, at Indian Hills Golf Course during the second MTSU Concrete Industry Management program golf tournament, an event organizer said recently.
The golfers will be raising money for the CIM’s building fund, and last year’s donation of more than $100,000 by participants and others sets a lofty goal for this year’s players to reach or pass.
As of April 28, 20 teams (80 golfers) had committed to play, Jessica Ramm, coordinator, CIM program, said, adding that entries will be received by Monday, May 1.
Interested golfers should contact Ramm by calling 615-904-8599 or fax entry forms to 615-898-5296.
Ramm said a dinner for the CIM national steering committee and about 75 to 80 concrete industry seniors who will be graduating in May, August or December will be held at Indian Hills after the golf tournament.
